Q: How does the Automatic Debit System work?
A: Once you authorize us to automatically deduct a set amount from your checking account (or charge it to your credit card) we will begin receiving your donation electronically each month. No checks for you to write. You may increase, decrease or stop contributions at any time.
Q: How can I confirm payments are correct?
A: You can connect to our "On-Line Services" at any time and view your account. You'll see exactly what has been deducted/charged, the amount and the date.
Q: What do I need to do?
A: 1) Determine how much you want to have automatically deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card each month. 2) Determine what day of the month you want the contribution to be made. 3) Call our customer service line at (866) 477-7683.
